We specialise in creating breathtaking walking trail experiences and destination-worthy mountain bike trails. We seek passionate, skilled individuals to help us bring these projects to life.

Available Positions:
General Labourers: Assist in all aspects of trail construction while gaining valuable on-the-job experience. Learn the key principles of trail building and embrace the satisfaction of building recreational trails and features in stunning locations.
Experienced and Senior Trail Shapers: Use your expertise to shape and sculpt trails and features that blend seamlessly with the natural environment. Machine operators, stone workers, and trail detailers are all respected as key players in this role. Your ability to recognise potential issues and provide appropriate solutions will prove valuable.
Trail Crew Supervisors: Lead a team and oversee the construction process to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Trail Construction methodologies and team leadership in remote and/or logistically challenging projects is a critical component of this role.
Who We’re Looking For:
Successful applicants must be legally allowed to work in Australia and hold a valid Construction Induction Certification (White Card).
Experience: Previous experience in walking trails and/or mountain bike trail construction is highly advantageous, although not essential for General Labourer positions.
Passion for the Outdoors: We value individuals who live active lifestyles and regularly participate in nature-based and trail-related activities such as running, hiking, and mountain biking.
Nature Awareness: We understand that our industry relies on ecological success. The nature of our works finds us often surrounded by sensitive ecosystems, heavy vegetation and challenging terrain. An enthusiasm for and awareness of these environments is a key component.
Team Players: Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in our collaborative environment.

WORKSHOP ATTENDANT - Creative Lines
Location:
Eden, with occasional remote work and travel
Employment Type:
Casual 16-25 hours per week initially with the opportunity to develop into a full-time position.
Position Summary:
The Workshop Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and repair of a variety of tools and small motor equipment, including chainsaws, plate compactors, brush cutters, shovels, spades, and excavators. The role requires proficiency in diesel and hydraulic systems, basic fabrication, material preparation, and equipment handling. The Workshop Attendant will also manage stock takes of materials and equipment, handle logistics, and operate trucks and forklifts. This position is based in Eden, with some remote work and occasional travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools and small motor equipment, including chainsaws, plate compactors, brush cutters, shovels, spades, and excavators.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to diesel and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct basic fabrication and material preparation tasks as needed.
- Manage stock takes of materials and equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Handle logistics, including the organization and transportation of equipment and materials.
- Operate trucks and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
- Assist with remote work and travel to various locations as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing tools and small motor equipment.
- Strong knowledge of diesel and hydraulic systems.
- Basic fabrication and material preparation skills.
- Valid truck driving license and forklift certification.
- Ability to conduct accurate stock takes and manage inventory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work remotely as needed.
Working Conditions:
Primarily based in a workshop environment in Eden.
Some remote work and travel to various locations may be required.
The initial contract will be Casual, with minimum working hours of 25 hours per week, leading to permanent, full-time and professional development opportunities for the right person. (There is also opportunity to blend this role with trail and field work to create a full-time role)
Expected flexibility for occasional extended hours during travel or peak periods.

CAFE STAFF - Hone
Creativelines is an already well established business based in Eden. Our projects are fundamentally based on the ethos of supporting other local business, trade and employment. We are lucky enough to now be expanding our food and beverage project, Hone. Our Cafe will open on Eden’s Main Street in February.
We are hoping to create a space that compliments and differs from what is already on offer on Imlay street and we will aim to open 7 days a week and eventually also open Wednesday to Saturday evenings. We already have an amazing team who will transfer their skills and expertise to this new space but we also need to expand.
